Team Guaté gets a facelift!

Back in 2020, Eli and I were looking for ways to uniquely connect with friends and family around our mission. We launched a Facebook group called Team Guaté where we could share thoughts, offer an encouraging word, and begin to build a community.

In Spanish, the word avacado is translated aguacate. In our household, we love both avacados and Guatemala, so it seemed fitting to combine the two loves! Recently, we were able utilize the services of a graphic designer to make that vision a reality. We think the new logo looks great! The group is growing and currently has 185 members. Once we are living in-country, we see this Facebook group as being a great way to keep you up-to-date and informed on our missionary efforts. Many areas of Guatemala still do not have running water or air conditioning, but they have the internet and wifi almost everywhere!
