It's just the beginning...

It might be the end of the year, and the end of a decade, but for Alegria Ministries International this is just the beginning! In December we celebrated one of our widows who turned 91 years old! This sweet woman is the reason we exist, quite literally. We are so thankful to the Father for crossing our paths and lighting a fire in our hearts. May He continue to give her daily strength and meet her every need.
We cannot be in Guatemala everyday, but Jesus is there! I am so grateful to be able to partner with the local church to continue the widow ministry all the way from Minnesota. This month we were able to send a donation and, with their help, distribute Christmas baskets to ten widows in Puerto Barrios. Pastor Paz and volunteers from Iglesia Luterana Cristo el Salvador personally went door to door on Christmas Eve! What a blessing for all!
Thanks for reminding me a ministry about widows. I will make some card designs widows wisdom. Have a lot of new designs already I might use. To make some money toward this and of course pray God for He is my resource.
